Marketing representative – Oral Surgery Practice

We are a growing, high-end oral surgery practice seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, expand patient acquisition, and strengthen relationships with referring providers.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient growth
- Build and maintain relationships with referring dentists and specialists
- Plan and execute events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee website performance, content updates, and online reputation management (reviews, listings)
- Coordinate with external vendors (designers, agencies, photographers, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or local service business preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized

NorthShore Center for Oral and Facial Surgery (NSCOFS) doctors manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. The area of expertise encompasses a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and periodontology and includes procedures like Dental Implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, Head and Neck Pathology, Corrective Jaw Surgery, Teeth in a Day procedures, Same Day Smile Makeovers and Limited Cosmetic Facial Surgery. NSCOFS surgical staff is trained in assisting with IV Sedation within our office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
